Its simply amazing. You have to.let it sit overnight in the fridge to absorb all the flavors. I sauteed mushrooms, kale and chick peas and threw it all on some zucchini noodles. My husband said it belongs in a restaurant! Now that makes me happy!! Try this recipe! You won't regret it. Of you don't have a spiralizer, use some spaghetti squash.
